The original Filipino hustle. Every morning at 3 a.m. people line up at pabrika (factories) to pick up their tin drums full of soy bean pudding, sweet syrup and sago (tapioca pearls.) They pick up the 50kg (110 pound) buckets and carry them on their shoulders walking the streets of the Philippines. They post up every morning at their favorite hot spots ready to sell to their customers for 20 pesos a cup.
Day in and day out without fail, they grind and hustle till they are sold out... go back for a second round for the afternoon crowd only to wake up the next morning and do it again.
