My E three

Why “My E three”?

On one of my runs, training for my first 5k, following along on my c25k app, these “E” words just kept popping in my head.  I have no idea why or what triggered it, but as soon as I got home, I jotted down all the E words I thought of while running.  I noticed that they were all power words.  All very motivating words.  At that point, I didn’t know what I was going to do with them, but for one reason or another, I was lead to thinking these very powerful E words..

I knew that I wanted to share my new found LOVE for running.  I kept thinking to myself how I wish I had known about running much earlier than when I started.  So my interest in spreading the word and sharing my journey peaked and thus My E Three was born.

Why just three?  I don’t know, why not?  One, it has a ring to it… and two, easy to remember… But I thought of so many other E word during my run that were just as good!  So I thought to myself, why not make it unique to each person, based on their own intentions to help others in their own journey?!
